- We’re seeking an experienced mid-level Backend Engineer to join our flexible work environment with the opportunity to work with _‘phở-nominal_ team members and advisors with experience in Silicon Valley and Singapore.

**What you'll Do**
- Work closely with tech lead and engineers to production systems
- Designing, developing, and deploying new systems
- Research new technologies and build Proof of Concept for experimenting

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:

- 2+ years of experience with NodeJS is a must
- Understanding of Microservices and Microservice Architecture
- Experience with DBMS like MySQL, NoSQL, and ElasticSearch
- Experience writing/maintaining clear and detailed runbooks
- Good writing and reading English skills
- Good time management, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strong sense of ownership and agency

**Nice to have**:

- Fluency in a systems programming language such as Go or Rust
- Experience with fintech, blockchain/crypto
