**Mô tả công việc**:

- Phụ trách, quản lý và chịu trách nhiệm chung toàn bộ dự án về tiến độ, chất lượng, nhân sự:
Từ giai đoạn start dự án đến delivery thành công cho khách hàng.
- Dự đoán những rủi ro có thể phát sinh trong dự án và tư vấn, đưa ra phương án giải quyết
- Đảm bảo việc thực hiện dự án theo đúng kế hoạch của khách hàng.
- Là cầu nối giữa quản lý dự án bên khách hàng và các bên liên quan để xử lý công việc của
toàn dự án.
- Phối hợp với Manager bên Nhật để follow chăm sóc khách hàng, nhằm nâng cao độ hài lòng
của khách hàng.
- Tham gia quá trình đề xuất báo giá dự án, phối hợp cùng sale tạo Proposal để Bid dự án
thành công.
- Đưa ra các chiến lược để tăng doanh thu, giảm cost. Chịu trách nhiệm và đóng góp vào KPI
của bộ phận trực thuộc.
- Phối hợp đào tạo, build đội nhóm, đánh giá và xây dựng tổ chức.

**Yêu cầu**:

- Ít nhất 03 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương, đã từng quản lý các dự án quy mô trên 10 người
- Tiếng Nhật từ N2 trở lên
- Có kiến thức nền tảng về phát triển phần mềm
- Kỹ năng quản lý công việc, giám sát quy trình tốt và linh hoạt trong giải quyết vấn đề
- Có khả năng build team, xây dựng tổ chức
- Tính chủ động cao trong công việc và chịu áp lực tốt
- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với mô hình Agile/Scrum.

- Lương : ~4500$
