**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Check, compare and handle actual data arising in accordance with regulations on accounting
- Accounting control of operating accounting
- Monitor warnings to limit risks
- Processing aggregated data to submit financial statements as prescribed in each month, quarter and year
- Aggregate data for monthly tax declaration
- Prepare reports according to regulations

**MAIN TASKS**:
1. Regularly, check all accounts on the system. Check the accounts of arising transactions

2. To guide the handling and accounting of accounting operations.

3. Monitoring contractor contracts during factory construction

4. Track factory lease contracts, issue invoices, set up workshop rental revenue

5. Control accounts receivable, payable and advance

6. Warn bad debts, propose provision for bad debts.

7. Monitoring budget reports of MKT, CPQL, CPTC....

8. Monitor, update fixed assets, CCDC, depreciate, allocate in accordance with accounting standards

9. Deduction of expenses payable in the period.

10. Checking and analyzing reports at the request of the Auditor, the BOD

11. Explain data and provide data dossiers to tax, audit, inspection and inspection agencies upon request

12. Coordinating in the inspection and inventory work at the company.

13. Perform other tasks assigned by Chief Accountant

14. Check and compare the VAT invoice with the input and output list. Prepare monthly VAT report

15. Manage, monitor and plan the use of invoices, report on the use of invoices.

16. Monitor reports on the state budget payment, budget backlog, tax refund (if any) of the company.

17. Prepare monthly management income tax reports.

18. Prepare quarterly financial statements and send them to the Bank for statistics

19. Prepare financial statements and annual CIT finalization reports.
