Continuously monitor currency prices from various sources to ensure competitive rates for both the company and clients.
- Oversee and manage the companys trading platform to ensure its smooth operation and optimal functionality.
- Assess and manage trading risks, including market, credit, and liquidity risks, by implementing effective risk management strategies and adhering to the companys predetermined risk limits.
- Collaborate with liquidity providers to review pricing and execution, negotiating favorable terms for the company and its clients.
- Ensure that all client trades align with the companys policies and procedures, maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.
- Generate complex reports as required by management, providing insights into trading performance and market trends.
- Stay updated with market information, closely monitoring trends in all major currency pairings to inform trading strategies.
- Collaborate with and support colleagues from other departments, fostering a cohesive and efficient work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Dealer Experience: Need a minimum of 5 years of experience as a dealer, executing trades, managing client portfolios, and providing expert insights into market trends.
- MT5 Platform Knowledge: Should be familiar with the MT5 trading platform to navigate and leverage its functionalities effectively.
- CySec Certificates: Having relevant CySec certificates like Execution or Dealing Own Account is advantageous, enhancing qualifications in the financial industry.
- Financial Markets Expertise: Demonstrate a solid understanding of financial markets, staying informed about global economic developments and market dynamics.
- Excel Mastery: Utilize excellent knowledge of MS Excel to create advanced financial models, track trading performance, and generate insightful reports.
- Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in English to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Experience in crypto/blockchain platforms is a significant advantage.
- CySec Certificates: Possessing relevant CySec certificates like Execution or Dealing Own Account is considered an added benefit, further strengthening your qualifications in the financial industry.
