Be proud to belong to Meliá as we are proud of you We are looking for **Cluster Director Food & Beverage - Melia Vinpearl North Vietnam (based in Hai Phong)** **Mission** Overall responsible for the administration and operation of the section appointed in the F&B division. He/ She will maximize profits, maintain food/ beverage/ service quality and ensure customer satisfaction. Promotes the desired work culture around the five core values of Trust, Integrity, Respect, One Team and Service of the Melia Hotels International. **Main Responsibilities** - Ensures compliance with standards and objectives. - Analyses the competition and reports on trends and proposes improvements to the F&B Hotel Service Team. - Responsible for the supervision and compliance by hotels with the guidelines in the Internal Audit (reviews the documentation, informs the Hotel Manager of any possible deviations in the standards or objectives for their immediate correction). - Responsible for creating, analyzing and managing the F&B P&L, ensuring the achievement of the KPIs in the budget or forecast for the MVP North. Through activities such as: - Direct cost control. - Personnel cost optimization. - Revenue control and optimization. - Analysis of revenues and products sold. - Regular Business Reviews. - Creation of the annual CAPEX requirements - Creation of the annual OPEX requirements. - Annually review the training plan with the hotel General Management and HR area, in order to propose training actions based on the needs of the team. - Identify high potential staff and actively participate in the development of the team. **Requirements**: - Fluent in both Vietnamese and English. - College/University Degree, preferably Tourism or Hospitality, or similar. - At least 3-5 years in management positions and F&B strategy development. - Development of management tools and processes, as well as improvement of KPIs. - Ability to produce the budget definition. - Orientation to new F&B trends. - Knowledge of hotel operations. - Excellent communication skills. - Problem-solving skills. - Ability to lead a team. **At Meliá we are all VIP** Great professionals who make everyday life easier and exceptional.
