- Prepare drink, cocktails, wines and other beverages as required and in accordance with hotel standard
- Make sure that drinks is in good quality before serving customers.
- Receive and checking the quality of raw materials : fruits, wine, syrup,...
- Make sure the ingredients are enough to serve guests during the work shifts.
- Clean clearly all the utensils used for the preparation and make sure the bar area is always clean.
- Check regularly and make sure specialized equipment is working properly.
