Senior Backend

**Your Role**:

We are looking for an experienced Backend / Fullstack Engineer (Java) to join our expert team in Ho Chi Minh City. This role is perfect for team players with a strong interest in developing their international career - not just as a coder, but as a product builder.

**Your Tasks**:

- Design, build the backend services and infrastructure for one of the main industries in Germany and bring it to the next level
- Write high quality, optimized and reusable code
- Collaborate with our CTO and Project Owner in Germany and other team members to deliver the project on time

**Your Profile**:

- You have over 5 years designing, building highly available and large scale distributed systems with solid experience in Java. Having experience with Kafka, Grails and/or Vuejs is a big plus
- You have some good experience with cloud solutions like Azure/AWS/GCP services
- You understand and know how to prioritize your tasks with a problem solving mindset
- You don't take things personal and are comfortable with ambiguity and rapid changes common in early-stage product development
- You don't wait for others to tell you what you need to do but proactively reach out to people, communicate, ask for help and get things done
- You feel comfortable communicating in English language

**Nice to have**
- You are comfortable working in an international dynamic team formed from different backgrounds and diverse experience
- You have experience with microservices and some experience in DevOps using Terraform, Terragrunt, CodePipeline
