**Urgent - Accountant Staff**

Job description:

- Record, collect, process and store invoices and accounting documents.
- Accounting for revenue / expenditure, depreciation deductions of fixed assets, recording of taxes.
- Make declarations and pay taxes such as (personal income tax (PIT), corporate tax, )
- Check the incurred business and end-of-period balances, detailed reports.
- Debt tracking and debt management
- Make business results, balance sheets, other reports as the Top of Management's request.
- Calculation and reporting of production/product prices; statistics on raw materials, accessories, unfinished production
- Check the import and export status of goods and raw materials.
- Preparation of consolidated financial statements.
- Check tax policies and process payments, tax returns;
- Post transactions and categorize records in the general ledger (e.g., by assets, liabilities, and expenses),...
- Prepare ledger entries by maintaining files and records, and collating accounts
- Budget analysis and expense reporting
- Closing accounting books at the end of the month, at the end of the year.
- Prepare documents for audit
- Make monthly reports (e.g. tax reports, tax returns...), internal reports as required (revenue and expenditure reports, revenue - profit reports...)
- Accounting for cost allocations, such as tool costs, short/long-term upfront costs
- Make transfer and allocation entries; Compare detailed figures and statistics that allocation
- Check and contrast the data with the ledger
- Perform financial entries such as transferring profits and losses in the old year, accounting for new fiscal year expenses
- Check the final data (check the balance, check the balance at the beginning - end of the period...)
- Prepare relevant administrative documents (tax finalization declaration, financial statements, management reports...)
- Setup, control, modification, ,... ISO system of the accounting department
