At least 10+ years of business experience, ideally in Technology/Information Management/Business At least 5+ years of experience in Data Governance/Data Delivery/Data Engineering and Analytics Proven experience of team management and leadership experience in leading cross-functional teams and enterprise-wide programs, operating and influencing effectively across the organization Experience with process and data modeling, data architectural development methodology, project management and extensive knowledge of data warehouse design. Experience leading large data migration projects from legacy business systems to target business systems. Demonstrated experience in leading large teams through complex change management initiatives across multiple departments and geographies Ability to exhibit strong interpersonal skills and build relationships across the business, at all-levels, and with professionals outside the business
