MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
- Guarantees a high standard of culinary services provided to guests.
- In collaboration with the F&B Manager, develops the hotel's F&B offerings in line with the hotel's positioning (market, competition, etc.) and brand policy.
- Demonstrates the ability to innovate and diversify services offered to guests.
- Manages and motivates the kitchen staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality service to guests.
- Ensures food hygiene, safety, and quality standards are maintained in the hotel.
- Responsible for achieving the department's quantitative and qualitative targets.
- Controls the department's expenses to minimize costs and maximize revenue through activities.
- Ensures consistency in food quality.
- Effectively controls food costs to maintain reasonable and efficient expenditure.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- 8-10+ years total kitchen experience, but more would be better
- 3+ years management experience, either as Exec Chef in a similar property to La Veranda or an Exec Sous in larger properties
- Diverse experience with time spent in French/European fine dining and casual/high-volume restaurants.
- Experience in Vietnam or with Vietnamese cooking preferred, experience in Asia and with Asian cooking a plus
