On a day-to-day basis you'll be part of the daily stand-ups, must coordinate and plan your tasks into two-week sprints both independently and in cooperation with the rest of the team, work on your tasks, and help to perform code reviews for the work of your teammates. New tasks are prepared on regular basis, and they follow thorough processes for testing and QA. You'll rarely be in doubt of what to do, and if you are, then we encourage an open atmosphere where questions are welcome, and answers are plentiful.

The team in the VN office currently consists of 3 developers (a team lead included), and 3 data analysts who provide validation and augmentation of client-provided data. The offices are located on Dien Bien Phu Street in the Binh Thanh district. We’re looking to hire an additional 3 developers for this role.

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:
**Experience & Personal Attributes Required**:

- At least 6 years professional development experience.
- PHP 8 and Symfony 5 & 6.
- Git.
- Basic Linux understanding (Shell, SSH, etc.).
- Experience with relational databases (MySQL or similar).
- Experience with message queues (RabbitMQ and similar).
- Experience with in-memory key-value stores (Redis or similar).
- Experience with code reviews, continuous integration, unit tests, and/or integration testing.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Ability to write structured, well-documented, and maintainable code.
- Be a team player and plan/work closely together with development team, QA’s and business analysts.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills, able to clearly articulate, defend and document design decisions, and work with a distributed team.
- Good English skills, both verbally and in writing.

**Desirable**
- Experience in any of the following areas is a plus: automated testing, code review, continuous integration.
- Experience with distributed databases (Elasticsearch, or similar).
- Good work ethic (work hard).
- Analytical mindset (work smart).
- Sense of humour (have fun).
- Have a firm interest in the beauty industry and (social) media.
