**The Job Duties**:

- Collect recruiting requirements by meeting with Head of Department.- Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
- Determine applicant requirements by studying job descriptions and job qualifications.
- Attract applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
- Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analysing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
- Arrange management interviews by coordinating schedules, escorting applicant to interviews.
- Join interview to introduce about company profile & benefit.- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
- Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.**Your Skills and Experience**:

- Diploma, Prefer B.S degree, B.A degree- 3+ yrs. Hiring areas
- 1+ yrs. experience on global company, special in Japanese company
- English or Japanese: Intermediate and higher- pre-Intermediate level in Communication Skills, Time Mgmt. Skill
- Basic level in Analytical Skills- Intermediate in English/Japanese
- Basic level in Computer Science Skill
