We are looking for Project Manager:
ROLE DESCRIPTION
- Lead key initiatives and drive collaboration across multiple cross-functional teams including product, engineering, data, and operations to create a viable software-hardware platform for Earable.
- Develop and manage end-to-end project plans with specific milestones, pre-defined key results, and deliverables to ensure on-time launches.
- Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure product goals are met.
- Perform risk management and change management on projects
- Provide day-to-day coordination and quality assurance for projects and tasks
- Drive internal process improvements, bridging gaps across multiple teams and ensuring teams are working on high impact projects that align with company mission and goals.
**Job Requirements**:
- Technical knowledge and/or experience in Wearable, Healthcare, Smart-Soft Goods.
- At least 5 years of experience with project management, production line management.
- Experience in delivering products from inception to actual product that serves customers’ needs.
- Demonstrated management skills (including time management, resource management, and more)
- Excellent organizational, coordinating, and multi-tasking skills
- Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making skills
- Experience in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners in different time zones.
