- Assist with interpreting at meetings with advisory teams and international partners, including interpreting for meetings and events from Vietnamese to English and vice versa.
- Translate business documents, contracts, reports, and other project-related documents.
- Support the Executive Board in scheduling meetings, organizing tasks, and coordinating with partners both domestically and internationally.
- Prepare and track documentation for Executive Board meetings; take notes, compile summaries, and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
- Serve as a communication bridge between the Executive Board and other departments, as well as with international partners.
- Perform other tasks and report progress as directed.

- Location: District 2, Ho Chi Minh City.
- Working hours: Monday - Saturday (8am - 5pm), with a 1-hour lunch break. Saturday is a half-day.

- Bachelor’s degree in English Language, Interpretation, Translation, or a related field such as Economics/Business Administration.
- Proficiency in English (preferably with international certifications like IELTS, TOEIC, TOEFL) with strong written and verbal communication skills for a business environment.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in interpretation or as an assistant.
- Strong time management, task organization, and quick problem-solving skills.
