II. Job description

1. Events support:

- Support marketing dept in planning, preparing and implementing events, seminars, internal trainings,
- Responsible for preparing, reviewing and processing documents (proposals, quotations, contracts) and payments by working closely with other departments such as Procurement, Finance & Accounting and external parties.
- Consolidate and report event result.

2. Marketing Activities:

- Support the Head of Marketing Operations to execute in sponsorship program, press relations, and other marketing activities.
- Collect quantitative and qualitative report during marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate marketing materials, POSM, communication documents, and products following each brand activity.
- Coordinate the reading and comprehension of reports related to channel and media implementation.
- Research and evaluate competitor activity.
- Ensure compliance of standards of De Heus, practices and protocols in executing marketing activities.
- Support others tasks assigned by Head of Operartions Marketing.
- Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks assigned by Head of Operartions Marketing

Job Purpose: The Marketing Intern will be contributing to the success of various Marketing projects and activities at De Heus and has the opportunity to develop in an international, professional and dynamic environment.

II. Job description

II. Requirement:
1. Education:

- Bachelor in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Final year student or fresh graduate who can work full-time 5 days a week, with no working experience required.

2. Knowledge/ Skills/ Other characteristics:

- Strong Coordination skills.
- Be energetic, enthusiastic, confident, and passionate about learning with a Can-do attitude.
- Good understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques.
- Good verbal, written communication and people skills.
- Good time management, organizational, and planning skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English.
- Quick learner and diligent in completing tasks.
- Experience in organizing events, CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) programs, or club activities in university is a plus.
