- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant
- Create a positive customer experience by offering a high level of service.
- Resolve complaints and customer problems in an efficient and friendly manner
- Identify and assign duties to staff and s to meet objectives and consistently achieve excellent service.
- Monitor labor and product expenses to remain within budget and business gold
- Manage operations with integrity, passion, and knowledge while promoting the values and culture of the Commany.
- Estimate consumption, forecast requirements, and maintain inventory to control costs and minimize waste.

- Previous experience in a management role at high-class restaurants (fine dining, VIP banquet )
- Exceptional leadership and managerial skills
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and courteous demeanor
- Strong organizational skills and analytical skills
- Ability to handle high-stress situations and resolve conflicts
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards
- Experience with financial management and budgeting
- College degree or equivalent
