**I. KEY JOB DUTIES**
**1. Art Production as a 2D Game Artist (80%)**
- Create/participate in concept art, key UI screens, main characters, and high-level assets.
- Ensure visual quality and consistency across the product.
- Keep up with art trends, propose creative improvements and contribute innovative ideas to enhance product development.
- Organize, arrange, and manage the image library for the team.
- Optimize images, sizes, and dimensions to enhance visual quality and performance.
- Support the exporting of images/animations for the Unity engine.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, themes, and new artistic styles.
**2. Other duties (20%)**
- Provide visual direction for the product to meet market demands.
- Collaborate with Game Designers/Producers to balance art & gameplay.
**II. EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT / SKILLS / ATTRIBUTES**
**KNOWLEDGE**:
- Have domain knowledge in the game development process.
- Strong technical foundation in visual design and user experience (UX).
- In-depth understanding of design principles, visuals, color theory, and user psychology.
- Knowledge of design language: materials, color, space, lighting, depth, movement, etc.
- Solid understanding of concept art and environment design.
**SKILL**:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Game Artist.
- Strong art technical skills
- Demonstrate strong leadership & management skill
- Intermediate English skills
**ABILITIES**
- Strong Emotional Intelligence is significant
- Keen artistic eye and attention to detail.

- Ability to receive constructive criticism and implement amendments based on feedback.

**PLUS POINT (NICE TO HAVE)**
- A strong interest in Puzzle and Casual games art is a plus.
- A love of playing mobile games and sensitivity to the user experience is a plus.
- Certification in UX Design is advantageous.
- Understanding of various game genres and trends is a plus.
