**Job Summary**:
- Sales Representative
- Achieving individual target and contributing to team goal.
- Build and maintain strong relationship with C1, C2 and farmers.
- Report and present sales results to Area Sales Manager or Territory Sales Manager.
**JOb Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Execution**:
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team sales goals within the assigned territory.
- Implement sales strategies and action plans as directed by ASM.
- Conduct regular customer visits to promote products and services, build relationships, and close sales.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with C1, C2 and farmers.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and effectively.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Market Analysis and Reporting**:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities and threats.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, customer interactions, and market conditions to ASM.
- Utilize data and insights to inform and adjust sales strategies.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales goals in the assigned territory.
- **Product Knowledge and Training**:
- Maintain a thorough understanding of UPL’s Portfolio, services, and value propositions.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product features, benefits, and sales techniques.
- Guide customers on product usage, benefits, and best practices.
- **Sales Operations**:
- Ensure timely and accurate order processing, delivery, and follow-up.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain Teams to ensure timely product availability and delivery to customers.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability to meet customer demand.
- **Payment and Collection**:
- Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
- Keep in touch with the Finance Team to monitor due and overdue status of customer payments.
- Implement strategies to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding receivables.
- **Team Collaboration**:
- Work closely with other Sales Rep and Team members to share best practices and support overall team performance.
- Participate in Team meetings, training sessions, and sales events as required.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
**REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILL**:
- 2+ year experience in sales of agriculture products or related fields.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the agricultural sector
- Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
- Willingness to travel within the territory as required.
