**Mô tả công việc**:

- Manage orders from order placement to shipment, ensuring production progress as planned.
- Monitor production schedules, control quality and delivery progress.
- Manage raw materials, ensure supply meets order requirements.
- Coordinate with related departments to ensure products meet quality standards.
- Report progress and arising issues to superiors.
- Work with vendors and Strategy partners on validating capacity planning.
- Perform capacity monitoring on a regular basis.
- Conduct frequent factory visits to understand and monitor production on the ground.
- Manage bulk production tracking processes to meet timelines.
- Be sensitive and alert proactively on high risk potential order problem to ensure production on track through regular production meeting and cc mail.
- Work with Technical, QA, and Mill management team to ensure all commercial decision and standards are met.
- Partner with Mill management, QA and technical teams to resolve fabric or quality issues.
- Resolve issues within a timely manner while working to continuously improve and create internal and external processes and procedures.
