**I. GOAL**

Build and provide quality teaching lessons for students of all ages and levels.

**II. TASKS & DUTIES**

**1) Teaching**:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to students' needs, teaching strategies for each IELTS module to improve performance.

Conduct oral tests to assess student progress and provide feedback for improvement.

Identify students' strengths and weaknesses, offering targeted assistance and one-on-one coaching sessions as needed.

Maintain classroom discipline, encourage participation, and foster a positive learning environment.

Be punctual, follow company procedures for lateness, absences, and holiday requests, and provide backup for absent teachers or in emergency cases.

Submit required reports to management.

**2) Administration**:
Prepare lesson plans, materials, and activities, ensuring timely submission of EDB files (24 hours in advance).

Record attendance, evaluate student performance, and communicate progress with parents or guardians.

Develop and update teaching materials in line with changes in the IELTS exam format.

Participate in professional development workshops and training to enhance teaching methods.

**3) Other Tasks: Perform other reasonable tasks as assigned by management.**

**IV. REQUIREMENT**

The minimum IELTS score is 8.0

At least 1 year of experience as an English teacher is required, with over 1 year of IELTS teaching experience considered an advantage.

Familiarity with the IELTS scoring criteria and exam structure.

Regularly update knowledge of IELTS exam trends.

Nationality: Vietnam, US, UK, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, Ireland.

Teacher is required to provide originals of the following documents:

- Passport/VISA/TRC
- University degree.
- Internationally recognized teaching certificate: TEFL, TESOL, CELTA.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: 450,000₫ - 650,000₫ per month

Expected hours: 2 - 10 per week

**Experience**:
