- Daily performance of Clinic Invoice tracking, follow up on pending invoices
- Participate in weekly AR meeting with clinic.
- Dispatching CCP/OTAI/DB invoices regularly as per guidelines
- Preparation of regular Cash and Bank receipts voucher
- Preparation of regular Cash payment voucher
- Be accounting’s cash custodian, reimburse cash claims after getting approved cash reimbursement form; perform cash count daily.
- Ensure timely posting of all invoices, receipts, and cash payment.
- Perform regular accounts allocation and reconciliation
- Timely preparation of monthly balance sheet schedules
- Filling document in the folder in subsequence as per guidelines
- Ensure monthly clinic revenue are properly recognized in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assist to do stock count of disposable & drugs at clinic at month end as requested of accounting supervisor.
- Preparation of monthly VAT report
- Preparation and submission of timely and accurate information to business units, management, and region/group
- Assist the Chief Accountant in various tasks as requested.

- At least three years’ experience of working experience in finance and accounting.
- Experience in working in organization dealing and liaising with people at different levels, both internal and external.
- At least College graduate, accounting & auditing is preferred
- Ability to work in English speaking working environment
- Ability to improve DSO results in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Familiar with accounting software, Sun system is preferred
- Self-motivation and initiative
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Strong business acumen and interest
- Hard working, carefully and detailed consensus
