**The right person for this role**:

- You don’t just **communicate - you connect**. You’re experienced in client management, with a knack for understanding and interpreting their needs, providing clear solutions, and nurturing productive, long-term relationships
- ** Advanced English proficiency and communication skills**both in speaking and writing
- You are comfortable and enjoy speaking with Australian clients
- Bring 3+ years of IT experience, with a strong background in mobile and web app development, plus a solid grasp of programming basics.
- Have hands-on experience with manual testing and a passion for helping clients launch and grow their tech products.
- Excel in quality assurance for mobile, web, and backend services.
- Are a proactive go-getter, taking responsibility for your work, welcoming feedback, and ready to bring any great idea to life.
- Familiarity with Agile Methodology is a plus, and if you’re a Scrum Master, even better
