- Participate in software development projects for Japanese clients.
Actively coordinate with clients to clarify and gather detailed requirements.
- Understand client needs and effectively communicate requirements to the Project teams.
- Manage projects or closely collaborate with the Project Manager to monitor progress and control quality.
- Perform final checks on products to ensure they meet client requirements.
- Handle other tasks as assigned by managers/

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Japanese language proficiency at N2-N1 level, with confidence in communication and collaboration with Japanese clients.
- Strong passion and interest in Information Technology.
- Clear orientation toward long-term career development in the IT field.
Experience working in an IT company is an advantage.
- Additional experience in this role or in related positions such as QC, BrSE, etc., is a big plus.
- Quick learner with the ability to absorb new knowledge and technologies.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- High sense of responsibility and ownership.
- Capable of building and maintaining good relationships with team members and clients.
