**Your day at NTT DATA**

**This role has significant relationships and responsibilities outside the local team, including working with Product Management to prepare for Program Backlog, participating in Agile Release Train (ART) Sync meetings, and cooperating to deliver Solution value.**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Define product vision and manage roadmap for retail banking solutions
- Manage backlog (requirements definition, prioritization)
- Facilitate agreement and expectation management among stakeholders (customers, development, operations, executives)
- Plan and manage project scope, schedule, and resources
- Handle risk management, issue resolution, and vendor coordination

** Qualifications and Experience**:

- Deep knowledge of payment and lending (accounts, QR, loans, cards)
- Strong skills in business requirements definition, BRD creation, and process design
- Ability to manage and influence diverse stakeholders with strong facilitation skills
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Experience and understanding of payment network (NAPAS), payment gateway integration
- Basic knowledge of APIs and data models
- Experience implementing systems such as core banking, CRM, AML, or eKYC (biometric authorization and verification)
- Familiarity with API integration, data modeling, and system integration concepts
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Japanese language skills (optional)
- Balanced business and technical perspective with a focus on maximizing customer value
- Strong leadership to structure complex issues and propose clear solutions
- Excellent communication skills for managing diverse stakeholders
