Merchandiser Executive

**1. Document preparing**
- PO sheets, ERP input data
- Payment request
- Development analysis/submission
- Claim summary
- Sales Contracts

**2. Claim, replacement**:

- Check call-outs from buyers, make claims sheets, get returned samples, report to QC Manager/ Yarn Control team
- Finalize solutions for each claim
- Provide replacement or Work with service companies/arrange people for mending defect garment/fabric at all factories (Tân Phú, Unit 1, Unit 2, Xuân Tây, Pros Sport, Mekong), negotiate cost for each case, check actual mending qty, actual cost, confirm invoices
- Submit financial documents to make payment
- Check payment status

**3. Control supply chain with outsource commission knitting/ dyeing**
- Check capacity and plan
- Negotiate prices
- Check costing of greige, costing of fabric, sales contract, documents for invoice/CD,
- Get monthly reports from all mills to submit to Finance team
- Control left-over material/fabric monthly
- Check output and actual received quantity, collect invoices and submit to Finance team for payment, check offset ing among parties
- Solve issues on defect/ unexpected situations

**4. Make reports and control general affairs**
**- **Daily shipment/ monthly/ yearly shipped quantities & turnover
- Claim summary inside and outside
- Monthly reports on status of outsource mills
- Take care pending payment/ DN with Finance team
- Organic TC issues
