Software Project Leader

- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Meet with clients to clarify specific requirements of each project.
- Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
- Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustment to project constraints based on financial analysis.
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
- Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs.
- Use and continually develop leadership skills.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

** Work location: Bac Tu Liem, Ha Noi.**

**Kinh nghiệm / Kỹ năng chi tiết**:

- At least 3 years of project or program management experience in Waterfall or Agile methodologies.
- Project or program management experience in technology organization including product development, performance management, software project.
- Ability to analyze requirements to ensure scope is being met on projects.
- Strong experience in performance tracking and management including operating rhythm of performance reviews.
- Strong knowledge and experience in blending traditional project management principles and practices with V-Model development approach in the right proportions to fit large, complex, mission-critical, enterprise-level projects.
- Project management certification in PMP, PgMP will be advantageous.
- Customer-centric and able to partner with project teams to build value added solutions.
- Visualizes the big picture associated with any project and provides back up when the going gets tough.
- Hands-on ability to deliver on short deadlines and evolving business requirements to deliver best possible outcomes.
- Believes in non-hierarchical culture of collaboration, transparency and trust across the team.
- Resilient with a strong ability to prioritize and multi-task in a demanding environment to deliver best possible outcomes.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good presentation skills.
- Good at English communication, Japanese communication is advantage.
