**Mô tả công việc**:

- Handling shipping documents for inbound and outbound shipments (issue booking, HB; submit SI,...)
- Input data to the system; send pre-alert, arrival notice, and debit note to agents and customers;
- Ensuring shipping docs issuance and submission are done in the timeline with highest accuracy;
- Contact customs broker to arrange customs clearance procedure;
- Contact overseas agent for check inquiry quotation;
- Tracing cargo until final destination and update to customers and agents.
- Working closely with Customers, Shipping lines, and Overseas agents to arrange shipments smoothly.
- Supporting customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints if any to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Doing other tasks as required by the manager.
