**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the B2B IT market, focusing on SMB and SME segments (Data Center & infrastructure).
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, develop key customer relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to stay informed of industry developments, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to align sales initiatives with overall business goals.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to track performance and inform strategic planning.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance brand presence.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in IT sales, specifically B2B, with a focus on SMB and SME markets.
- Fluent English is required with minimum 7-10 year same working experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Knowledge of IT Networking products/services, cloud solutions, software, hardware, or related technologies is a plus.
- With Presales knowledge is a plus
