**Role Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- **Architectural Leadership**: Define, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and maintainable mobile architecture using Flutter
- **Technical Direction**: Establish coding standards, performance benchmarks, and quality guidelines for Flutter teams
- **Collaboration**:Partner with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals
- **Mentorship**: Lead and mentor Flutter engineers, conduct code reviews, and provide technical guidance
- **Innovation**:Evaluate and introduce new tools, libraries, and frameworks to enhance development efficiency
- **Solution Ownership**:Guide the full software development lifecycle, from concept through deployment and support

**Requirements and Skills**
- Minimum **8+ years of mobile development experience, with at least 2+ years in an architecture or lead capacity**:

- Deep **expertise in Flutter and Dart** for cross-platform mobile development
- **Strong knowledge** of architectural patterns**:MVVM, Clean Architecture, SOLID principles**:

- **Hands-on experience with Flutter** widgets, state management (e.g., Bloc, Provider, Riverpod), and plugin integrations
- Proficiency in Unit Testing, debugging, and performance profiling
- Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and managing offline and real-time data
- Proven ability to design scalable cross-platform mobile systems and guide complex projects end-to-end
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

**Nice-to-have**
- Familiarity with JIRA or other project management tools
- Experience with CI/CD for Flutter, GitHub Actions, or Bitrise
- Knowledge of automated UI testing (e.g., Flutter Driver, integration_test)
- Expertise in custom UI/UX, animations, and accessibility within Flutter
- Experience with native integration (Android/iOS) for device-specific capabilities
