**Salary up to $1000/month awaits We are recruiting QA Supervisor (IATF 16949, ID 18206) for a foreign-invested company**

- Supervise the LAB team and manage customer claims effectively.
- Ensure product quality for PCNs and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage customer audits and oversee PPAP, QTP, and key quality documentation, including FMEA, Control Plans (CP), and Work Instructions (WI).
- Lead the resolution of customer issues through 8D reporting and timely submission.
- Coordinate validation processes, internal quality audits, and trial runs.
- Monitor and manage supplier quality, including PPAP submissions, IMDS data, and raw material compliance.
- Support project transfers, ensuring adherence to all relevant quality standards and procedures.
- Execute additional tasks as assigned by the direct manager.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Male or female, 28-40 years old
- Proficient in English
- University degree in Electrical/Electronics, Automotive Engineering, or related fields
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar QA Supervisor role at manufacturing plants producing electronic or mechanical components for the automotive industry
- Familiarity with quality systems: IATF 16949, ISO 9001, 5 Core Tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills using A3, 8D, QRQC methodologies
