Planning

Content Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies tailored to client objectives.
- Plan and manage outreach campaigns to amplify brand messaging and maximize audience engagement.
- Research industry trends, competitors, and audience insights to shape content direction.

Campaign Execution & Management
- Develop and manage social media outreach campaigns, including influencer collaborations and community activations.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize strategies for better engagement and ROI.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Collaboration & Client Management
- Work closely with internal teams and clients to align content with business goals.
- Present content plans, strategies, and performance insights to stakeholders.
- Provide creative recommendations to enhance brand positioning and campaign success.

Content Copy

Copywriting & Creative Storytelling
- Write compelling, on-brand social media copy (captions, posts, scripts, headlines, etc.) that resonates with target audiences.
- Develop storytelling approaches that elevate client campaigns and drive engagement.
- Adapt messaging for different platforms, ensuring consistency in brand voice and tone.
- Manage social channel of Client

- Proven track record in copywriting, social media strategy, and outreach campaign execution.
- Strong copywriting skills with a deep understanding of different social media platforms.
- Proficiency in content planning and campaign development.
- Ability to conceptualize visuals and work with design teams to bring ideas to life.
- Knowledge Market trend, needs and company competitive advantages. Management (Plan-do-check-act) principles & leadership.
- Proficiency in English (intermediate) & Vietnamese
- Active Listening & speaking.
