**Job description**:
**PURPOSE OF JOB**

**JOB RESPONSIBILITY**
- Have the responsibility for the quality of BAEMIN products
- Review requirements and specifications to provide timely meaningful feedback.
- Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
- Managing internal/external testers to execute tests
- Design and implement testing automation
- Give an effort to provide a bug-free production environment with internal teams

**Your skills and experience**:
**JOB REQUIREMENT**

The employee must meet the following minimum job requirements to successfully perform the job

**Education**:A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineer/ Information Technology, or experiences in related fields.

**Experience**:

- ** Around 3 years of experience as a QC Engineer/Tester**:

- Having excellent analytical skills and systematic arrangement skills of anomaly
- Having the ability to analyze problems in an engineering way
- Having logical communication skills
- Familiar with agile software development and engineering culture

**Skills/Knowledge**
- Understand of the product at the implementation level, be able to analyze logs and API responses in microservice integration level;
- Agile and Reactive Problem-solving skills;
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, particularly ability to work in squad to ensure delivering project timely meaningful;
**Attitude**:

- High learning agility and real passion for coding and programming, innovation, and solving challenging problems;
- High adaptability and flexibility to the rapid changes of the business;
- High responsibility and diligence;
- Intellectual curiosity.
