**Job description**:
**What We're Looking For**:

**Responsibilities**:

- **Project Planning**: Develop comprehensive project plans, including objectives, timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, assigning tasks, setting priorities, and fostering collaboration.
- **Risk Management**: Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
- **Stakeholder Communication**: Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management, providing regular project updates.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to project requirements, conducting quality assessments as necessary.
- **Budget and Resource Management**: Monitor project budgets and resource allocation, making adjustments as needed to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

**Your skills and experience**:
**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the IT industry.
- Strong project management skills and familiarity with project management tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
- PMP or other relevant certifications preferred.
