**Job description**:

- Cung cấp giải pháp, phát triển phần mềm cho end-user.
- Phát triển các sản phẩm phần mềm theo yêu cầu của khách hàng (offshore).
- Làm việc trực tiếp với khách hàng và team members ở công ty mẹ bên Nhật.
- Phát triển nhiều loại hình phần mềm: Windows Application, Web Application, Smartphone Application (iOS/Android).

**Your skills and experience**:

- Phát triển phần mềm trên nền tảng VB.NET.
- Hiểu biết về nghiệp vụ logic.
- Tạo tài liệu hệ thống.
- Có kiến thức về cấu trúc dữ liệu và giải thuật.
- Có kiến thức về lập trình hướng đối tượng.
- Kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề tốt/ kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt/ kỹ năng làm việc nhóm.
- Có khả năng đọc, viết và giao tiếp tiếng anh cơ bản. Biết thêm tiếng Nhật là 1 lợi thế.
- Có khả năng làm việc với 1 trong các ngôn ngữ lập trình, framework và hệ quản trị cơ sở dữ liệu dưới đây:

- **VB.NET/.NET/ VB6**:

- Oracle/ MS SQL Server/ MySQL/ PostgreSQL/Amazon Aurora
- AngularJS/ Bootstrap/ Javascript / Jquery/ Json
- Nếu biết thêm các kỹ thuật sau thì sẽ là lợi thế:

- ASP.NET/ ASP.NET MVC
- Lập trình API
- PHP/ Zen Framework/ CakePHP Framework/ Laravel Framework
- Android/ iOS Programming
- HTML5
- Nếu có kinh nghiệm quản lý team, quản trị dự án thì là 1 lợi thế.
- Cẩn thận, năng động, có khả năng làm việc dưới áp lực cao.
- Có trách nhiệm, nhiệt huyết với công việc.
- Có khả năng nghiên cứu, nắm bắt nhanh chóng những công nghệ, kỹ thuật mới.
- Công ty đánh giá cao các ứng viên có ý hướng gắn bó lâu dài với công ty, muốn phát triển nghề nghiệp bền vững.
