1. Installation, commissioning follow-up and equipment acceptance of new equipment after FAT;
2. Prepare equipment maintenance management specifications, WI, annual and monthly

maintenance documents of equipment, regular spot inspection of equipment and other

documents;
3. Skill training for engineers, technicians and operators;
4. Analyze the cause of equipment failure and reduce the equipment failure rate;
5. Technical improvement of equipment, equipment OEE analysis and improvement and

achievement of production capacity target;

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Đại Học

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical, physics or structural

design is preferred;
- At least 3 years of lithium-ion battery related working experience, familiar with lithium-ion battery production process, and have certain experience in handling abnormal production line;
- Familiar with the manufacturing process and structure of cylindrical lithiumion batteries such as 18650 21700 4680, and experience in the design of tabless model is preferred;
1. Full of curiosity about the machine mechanism/parts

2. Have strong motivation to find root cause if any issue related to the machine parts

3. With expertise on machine design

4. With expertise on machine adjustment and machine parts optimization
- Good communication skills and cross-departmental coordination ability.
Familiar with mechanical drawing and AutoCAD.
