**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Maintain and build collaborative relationships and consult with key stakeholders to, lead and manage design in collaborative processes.
- Present design proposals and bids to management according to deadlines, and explain relevant details, reports, expense line items, and goals in clear and persuasive language.
- Chair and co-chair design meetings and workshops with consultants
- Conduct Design Reviews during each phase of the design period with reference to economy, good design practice, operator requirements, sound design and construction practices, completeness and completeness for the stage being reviewed, coordination, compliance with owner requirements, and with Project Program requirements. Prepare comments and action list for consultant action.
- Explore and implement VE opportunities throughout the design process and at cost planning stages in cooperation with the QS, MEP design manager, consultants, operator, and management;
- Make sure certain changes in legislation are implemented as required on the projects;
- Ensure project cost controls are properly monitored and actions are timely, that the project is developing on budget;
- Actively track progress, design issues and changes, making sure all items are accounted for
- Cooperate with internal team for internal reviews, cost and budget controls, VE, scheduling, document control, and other requirements
- Prepare weekly, Monthly and Quarterly reports.
- Prepare sketches as requested/required for communication of ideas.
- Manages tender & Site clarifications
- Leads site visits.
- Remain up-to-date with current and trending elements of design, construction, and technology by reading industry publications, manuals, and textbooks and attending professional development courses and events as time permits.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- At least 4-6 years’ experience working for or with foreign invested or foreign real estate development companies;
- At least 10 years continuous experience in architecture and design management;
- Fluency in oral and written English required;
- Good communication skills (oral, written and drawing) are a must;
- Experience in Architecture, Interior, structure, façade, MEP, landscape, technology and other disciplines and construction fields with emphasis on Architecture, ID, Civil works, Structures, technology;
- Knowledge of materials;
- Knowledge and skill in the use of computer and software: MS Office programs, and Autocad, sketchup (or Similar engineering software) spreadsheets, document management systems;
- Ability to keep clear and accurate records and reports;
- Ability to organize workload and to manage filing methods and management techniques; and Commitment to outstanding performance;
