- Control projects regarding to Planning, Costs, Resources, Quality, Scope, Risks and delivery of the contractual obligations;
- Report progress on projects to all project stakeholders, internal and external;
- Responsible for the financial outcome of all projects, manage project profitability, revenue, margins and maximize the project profit in setting up and guarding the budget, cost efficiency, variation management;
- Prepare and finalize contracts with Clients and Subcontractors;
- Review customer specifications and examine new contracts to ensure thorough understanding and adherence to the desired contract terms and conditions;
- Single point of contact for all technical, commercial and quality aspects on assigned project;
- Communicate delays or improvements to scheduled plans promptly to the customer or other stake holders;
- Drive requests and unresolved issues to the designated source for expedient resolution;
- Create and execute project work plans, revising as needed, to meet changing client needs and requirements;
- Work with sales/proposals organization to identify risks and mitigation plans;
- Identify, manage and control project risks to minimize our exposure while meeting client needs;
- Accountable for revenue recognition, timely and accurate invoicing, and eliminating disputes/past dues;
- Effectively facilitate project status reviews with clients and internal project team;
- Ensures a clear understanding of the project contractual requirements by the project team;
- Ensure Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standard is fulfilled during project execution.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
1. Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and minimum 5 years of experience in managing EPC projects for external customers in the heavy industries such as chemicals, steel, oil and gas, etc.
- Proficient English Speaker with Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Proven Project Management skills;
- Proven leadership skills and ability to effectively manage a matrix team/ organization.
- Strong skills in developing customer relationships;
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and sense of urgency in dealing with tasks;
- PMP or other project management certification;
- Knowledgeable in dealing with end user;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools, PowerPoint/ Excel/ Projects;
- Understanding of Odoo ERP system would be beneficial.

- Good at logical thinking, creative thinking, critical thinking;
- Responsibility in work;
- Friendly;
- Proactive, motivated and enthusiastic;
- High degree of honesty/integrity, persuasiveness and passion;
- 30-40 years old is preferred.
