**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: 15 - 20 triệu VNĐ)
- Cắt, dựng, chỉnh sửa, biên tập các sản phẩm hình ảnh của công ty đang thực hiện.
- Điều chỉnh màu sắc và ánh sáng để tối ưu hóa chất lượng hình ảnh.
- Chỉnh sửa và làm mịn âm thanh, lựa chọn và sắp xếp nhạc nền và hiệu ứng âm thanh.
- Đi phim trường chép source.
- Phối hợp chặt chẽ với đạo diễn hoặc Producer để hiểu và thực hiện tầm nhìn sáng tạo của dự án.
- Phối hợp cùng biên tập duyệt file, sửa file theo phản hồi của Client.
- Phân công và giám sát các nhiệm vụ chỉnh sửa cho các editor khác trong nhóm.

**Chức vụ**: Trưởng nhóm/Trưởng phòng

**Hình thức làm việc**: Toàn thời gian

**Quyền lợi được hưởng**:

- Lương thỏa thuận khi phỏng vấn: Từ 15.000.000-20.000.000 + thưởng dự án, KPI theo sản phẩm;
- Phụ cấp ăn trưa: 40.000VNĐ/Ngày làm việc, miễn phí gửi xe;
- Lương tháng 13 và xét tăng lương hai lần/năm;
- Thưởng các dịp lễ tết: Tết dương lịch, 01/05, 02/09, Trung thu, sinh nhật,...
- Cơ hội đào tạo chuyên nghiệp về công việc và kỹ năm;
- Hết thời gian thử việc, được tham gia đầy đủ các chế độ BHXH, BHYT, BHTN.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Trung cấp - Nghề

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Có kinh nghiệm từ 3- 4 năm kinh nghiệm Editor trở lên
- Ưu tiên có kỹ năng quay phim
- Kỹ năng sử dụng thành thạo các phần mềm dựng phim: After Effect, Premiere Pro, Adobe Audition, Illustrator, DaVinci Resolve...kỹ xảo, Motion Graphic/2D Animation...
- Có cảm quan tốt về tiết tấu hình, khả năng sắp xếp hình ảnh linh hoạt theo ý tưởng theo kịch bản
- Kỹ năng tìm kiếm và sàng lọc những cảnh quay, hình ảnh chất lượng cao, khả năng nhớ cảnh tốt.
- Chăm chỉ, năng động, có ý thức kỷ luật và tính cam kết với công việc, tôn trọng tuyệt đối deadline.
- Chỉn chu, duy mỹ, cầu toàn với sản phẩm.
