**Job description**:
**1. Deploy the work**
- a. Contribute, develop process documents, test guidelines, quality standards, measurement criteria (Metric).
- b. Participating in the testing process and directly responsible for technology quality control at key stages in the technology solution development process:

- Requirements collection, design phase: coordinate and/or directly test input requirements (Requirement traceability matrix, SLA), develop strategy, design, preliminary plan for functional and non-functional testing function
- Development phase: Coordinate or directly implement the development of Test Scenario, test cases; KBKT review
- Test phase: Monitor and/or directly manage and participate in testing the main and important functions of the project. Quality control through quality (Metric) criteria; identify and evaluate problems and risks on project quality; warning signs of error rate, error recovery time to give warnings; Ensure project progress and quality
- Post-deployment phase: investigate the cause of errors and problems to find out the relationship, deficiencies in testing and/or quality control activities, thereby updating the failure cases into the master suite, test cases. Control the progress, quality and fix errors of the project.

**2. Transformation**
- Participate in the transition from Testing to Quality Management
- Implement quality assessment metrics in projects and team members. Control the measurement and data collection of members

**3. Training**
- Conduct knowledge training on testing expertise, quality and project skills for team members
- Participate in all-row and Block-based courses

**Your skills and experience**:
**1. Qualifications**
- University graduate or higher majoring in information technology, computing, telecommunications, finance or banking
- Foreign language: English/ according to TCB's regulations in each period.

**2. Work Experience**
- 5 - 8 years of experience that conducts software testing assessments infinancial/services/telecommunications organizations. The experience includes the following aspects:

- + Strong professional knowledge of technology systems in the bank
- + Knowledge of at least 1 programming language and SQL Server database
- + Have experience in building, monitoring KPI
- + Experience working with Power BI dashboards is a plus
- + Having solid testing professional knowledge such as ISTQB (International Testing Certificate is preferred) or equivalent knowledge and experience
- + Having understanding, knowledge in working with quality standards such as TCVN, ISO, Lean Six Sigma,...
