General Accountant

**Day-to-day, you will**:

- Management of the full Purchase Ledger function
- Monitor and analyze queries invoices
- Dealing with general purchase ledger enquiries that come into the department
- Perform monthly reconciliation for all accounts in the Balance Sheet including asset, liability, balances and transactions of related parties.
- Review and analyze to ensure the accuracy and completeness of Vendor Expenses on Profit and Loss statement monthly
- Check supporting documents and make payments
- Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
- Issue VAT invoice and input data into accounting software daily
- Prepare VAT monthly report
- Coordinate with other departments, internal audit, and external parties.
- Ensure all accounting activities of the company are recorded properly and timely according to the Vietnamese law and to Group requirements.
- Other tasks assigned by the manager.

**Requirements**:

- 3-4 years in finance world, strong in reconciliation and accounting treatments
- BA degree preferably in Finance & Accounting
- Proficiency in MS Office required
- Possess strong honesty, integrity and confidentiality;
- Attention to detail is imperative
- Organization and time-keeping skills
- Ability to assess and evaluate risk, plus implement solutions
- Excellent reporting skills
- The ability to keep calm under pressure, especially when there are tight deadlines
- The ability to think objectively
- Fluent in English (writing & speaking)
