- Line analysis trouble shooting which related to process, material, and design.
- Process & Quality improvement (Short and Long-term improvement)
- Work with cross function for rework method & routing definition.
- Follow In-process reject daily, FPY monitoring, especially related to function test defect.
- Analysis timely, find the root cause and effective action/solution.
- IPQC/OQC reject analysis. Line down follows up & improvement.
- Line audit, Gemba Walk.
- CIP for material & routing saving.
- Drive Internal / External Benchmarking effort / activities.

This position will be based in Cu Chi, HCMC Factory. Shuttle bus from District 1, 10,11, 12, Hoc Mon, Binh Thanh, Tan Binh, Thu Duc/Binh Duong/Dong Nai is available.
- University bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechanical, MechatronicEngineering or related.
- 3-5 years of manufacturing experience with a multi-national company inProcess Engineering or Production Engineering.
- PFMEA, DOE
- Understand CAD / WORD / EXCEL software, working knowledge
- Oracle ERP is a plus
- Lean Manufacturing knowledge is a plus
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong decision making with good analytical / problem solving skills.
- Strategic thinking skills.
- Strong oral and written English skills
- Able to identify the strengths and weakness of the multinational teams;
define actions to improve the team skills, scope, and capability.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving skills.
