**What you’ll achieve**
As a Senior Manager, Product Operations Engineering, you will be overseeing team that is responsible for the coordination of operational activities associated with the introduction of a new product worldwide. Coordinates all operational activities associated with the introduction of the new product. Responsible for ensuring stable, controlled migration of hardware, software and networking changes into the production environment. Ensures consistency between production and test environments. Creates/maintains build processes, coordinates product builds for release into production, prioritizes failures and works with development to resolve problems. Sets up configuration specifications for releases.

Besides that, you will:

- Responsible for establishing budgets, operational/strategic plans, directs the efforts of others and tracks performance metrics in the achievement of the strategic and operational objectives of the group.
- Manages the hiring, staffing and maintenance of a diverse and effective workforce.
- Responsible for career development/planning, performance and pay discussions of team members.
- Ensures that Product Operations Engineers execute programs using the PrP, and ensures that program completeness, quality of work and schedules are maintained.
- Executes PrP Phase Exits on the dates, as defined in the Business Contract.
- Escalates issues to Brand and Executive Team, as needed, and in a timely manner.
- Prepares monthly Ops Review presentations for assigned programs to the executive staff and regional executive teams.
- Provides indirect management of a larger team through supervisors and first level management
- Assists with the development and implementation of department standards and processes at an area or regional level
- Ensures that team members follow operating procedures and meet quality standards established by management
- Works with senior leadership in setting strategy and deployment of the Operation roadmaps and business directions

**Essential Requirements**
- Solid organization and planning skills
- In-depth understanding of cross-functional global organizations

- In-depth understanding of industry products/services and trends
- Typically requires 12+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor’s degree; or 8+ years with a Master’s degree; or 5+ years with a PhD; or equivalent experience Typically requires 4+ yearsmanagerial/leadershipexperience

**Desirable Requirements**
- Senior management reviews objectives to determine success of operation.
- Involved in developing, modifying and executing company policies that affect immediate operations(s) and may also have company-wide effect.
