**Job description**:

As a Product Owner, you will play a critical role in defining and shaping our product strategy, driving innovation, and delivering value to our customers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and deliver features that meet customer needs and enhance our product offerings.

**Your skills and experience**:
**Responsibilities**:

- ** Gather product requirements from stakeholders like customers, management, and employees**:

- **Define and maintain product backlog by prioritizing features, stories, and updates**:

- Work closely with engineering and development teams to clarify requirements and ensure technical feasibility
- **Create, communicate, and maintain product roadmaps and release plans**:

- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives with dev teams
- **Measure product success through KPIs and product analytics**:

- Present product strategy, vision, and plans to senior leadership
- **Own product quality, set performance and usability standards, and assess again**

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner/Manager in software development
- **Expert knowledge of Scrum, Agile methodologies, and software development processes**:

- Strong technical aptitude and an understanding of software architecture and technologies
- **Ability to gather and evaluate complex product requirements**:

- Hands-on experience with product/project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, etc.
- Passion for user experience and product usability
- **Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills**:

- **Ability to think strategically and conceptually about product direction and vision**:

- Self-motivated and able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
