1. Tìm kiếm, đánh giá, đề xuất các nhà cung cấp tiềm năng, phát triển mở rộng thêm các nhà cung đạt chất lượng tốt/ Seek, qualify, suggest new potential vendors, develop new qualified sources of supplies
2. Lập đơn đặt hàng và theo dõi tình hình giao hàng/ Issue PO and tracking delivery status
3. Duy trì và phát triển mối quan hệ tốt với nhà cung cấp/ Develop and maintain good relations with suppliers
4. Đàm phán về giá, thời gian và điều kiện, yêu cầu về chất lượng và thời gian giao hàng đúng hạn/ Negotiate to improve price, term and condition, required quality level, on time delivery.
5. Phân tích chi phí để giảm chi phí/ Cost down and cost analysis
6. Giải quyết các vấn đề xảy ra trong quá trình làm việc có phát sinh/ Solve trouble and involve necessary operation
7. Chuẩn bị chứng từ thanh toán/ Arrange payment documents
