We’re seeking an experienced, dynamic, creative Visual Executive to join our Marketing Department. Your position is a key role to maintain the cohesion of our brand visuals and innovate our visuals to new heights.

**RESPONSIBILITY**

**Design and Visual Content Creation**
- Come up with visual directions and Create visually appealing and impactful designs for various marketing materials, including social media graphics, advertisements, banners, presentations, brochures, flyers, etc.
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, including digital and print assets
- Edit and enhance video content for promotional campaigns, social media platforms, and events
- Create visual direction briefs for video vendors or design freelancers that we work with

**Platform Exploration and Visual Optimization**
- Execute criteria that relates to visual expertise to prepare for events and conferences that the company participates
- Optimize and improve visuals on different platforms base on marketing data
- Manage technical setup of online webinar: set up registration page, customize functions for streaming sessions, monitor activities throughout streaming sessions.

**Innovation and Quality Assurance**
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the table and maintain a competitive edge.
- Ensure high-quality standards for all deliverables, performing thorough reviews to deliver error-free materials.

**REQUIREMENT**
- 1-2 years full-time experience working in Graphic Design and Marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing or a related field.
- Graphic Design Expertise: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Adobe XD.
- PowerPoint Proficiency: Advanced skills in PowerPoint for creating professional, engaging presentations.
- Layout Skills: Strong attention to detail in crafting visually engaging layouts and typography.
- Creative Thinking: Ability to translate complex ideas into simple, compelling visuals that drive engagement.
- Project Management: Capable of managing multiple design projects, meeting deadlines, and adapting to fast-paced environments.
- Animation: Experience in simple animation in tools like After Effects or the likes is a big plus.
- Working time: Mon-Fri, flexible hour, extra WFH_
- Location: Han Viet Tower, 348 Kim Nguu, Minh Khai, Hai Ba Trung, Hanoi_
