- Design and manage the product roadmap and backlog
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify user pain points and define feature requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Development, UI/UX, Marketing, CS, QA) to deliver high-quality product features
- Propose and review UI/UX solutions to improve user experience
- Prepare clear and structured Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)
- Define success metrics and analyze product data to optimize performance
- Document product features and support internal teams with product-related issues

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
- Having experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst is preferred
- Experience or knowledge in eCommerce or Shopify is a strong advantage
- Technical mindset and willingness to learn new technologies quickly
- Strong logical thinking, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding of product development processes
- Self-motivated with a strong ability to learn independently
- Detail-oriented and patient in handling complex tasks
- Excellent team player with strong communication skills — clear, concise, and collaborative
- Proficient in English: Written and verbal skill
