Welcoming and greeting guests to the showroom in a professional manner and making sure that guests feel welcomed.

Introducing the company, the company's app, products, and programs to customers.

Ensuring showroom and visual merchandise are clean, organized, and meet standards.

Coordinating with the marketing team or the technical team for repairs.

Collaborating with the marketing team to develop content ideas for promoting the showroom based on marketing programs.

Assisting in taking photos and videos to bring showroom ideas to the marketing team.

Propose ideas for photoshoots and video recordings to post on social media, focusing on existing displays in the showroom

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- At least 6 months of experience in customer service or a client-facing role.
- Proficient in English communication, with a strong focus on listening and speaking skills.
- Flexibility to work on shifts as required.
- Highly proficient in spoken and written Vietnamese.
- Minimum height of 1.55m; good-looking appearance is considered a plus.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Willing to learn & commute to workplaces around Ho Chi Minh City/ Hanoi
