MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Assist DOF in handling accounting tasks
Participate with the DOF in building the hotel's annual operating budget, forecasting monthly and quarterly operations.
Regularly compare and review bank accounts with accounting books on the computer, balance accounts, proactively detect errors for timely handling.
Carefully check payments before transferring to the Chief Accountant and Director for approval.
Coordinate with relevant departments to check the use of expenses according to the approved plan.
Synthesize and analyze the hotel's cost and revenue indicators to ensure that capital is used effectively.
Participate in building, implementing and checking the operating procedures of the accounting department
Coordinate with the chief accountant to build, implement and check the operating procedures of the hotel accounting department.
Monthly review the payroll and employee benefits approved by the payroll accountant to ensure accurate data before making payments.
Regularly monitor and update the latest changes in tax policies; carefully check tax records and documents... to ensure that the hotel's tax issues are handled in accordance with the necessary processes and procedures.
Coordinate with staff in the department to prepare monthly financial, tax, and expense reports.
Participate in recruiting and training staff
Work with the chief accountant to plan staff recruitment and coordinate with relevant departments to recruit staff to meet job requirements.
Coordinate to plan periodic training for staff in the department on financial accounting issues, internal control related to tax, payment systems...
Provide guidance on data processing and accounting for arising economic transactions for staff in the department.
Identify the development potential of employees in the department and guide them in their career development.
Carry out the storage of books, reports, and data related to the business in accordance with the process and ensure safety and confidentiality.
Provide statistics and accounting data to superiors when requested.
Proactively propose ideas to improve the efficiency of work related to financial accounting.
On behalf of the chief accountant, manage operations, resolve issues of the Finance - Accounting department and report to the chief accountant.
Perform other tasks when assigned by superiors.
