- Prepare and process all master data required for daily sale operations in SalesHUB.
- Work with clients to ensure accurate and right master data.
- Manage data rules and execute change in master.
- Monitor data change as per data rules. Make sure all data in system are maintained correctly and up to date, not cause any error to the system. All the processes that use the master data can work properly and smoothly.
- Monitor the data setup of manufacturers and distributors (product, distribution mapping, promotion, warehouse stock) to ensure smooth operations.
- Content management (product catalogue display maintenance).
- Monitor master data impact on reporting.
- Support users for issues related with master data.
- Understand master data management framework and setup in SalesHUB.
- Administration work with retailer, distributor, manufacture (contract).
- Backend support for key account manager.
- Communication content management (2 ways notifications in app and portal).
- Gatekeeper for master data quality.

**Required Skills & Experience**
- 5+ years of experience in Master Data Management and Distribution Management System.
- Understanding of data structure.
- Good at communication.
- Proficient in EXCEL and SQL (nice to have) for data analysis and manipulation
- Strong attention to detail.
- Logical and critical thinking.
- High adaptability and flexibility to the rapid changes of the business.
- High responsibility and diligence.
