- Coordinated with the Business Development team to develop relationships with corporate clients, providing advice and designing healthcare proposals to meet their expectations.
- Prepared for presentation and verify all contractual documents prior to binding the contract with clients.
- Acknowledgement of both complaints and potential complaints in order to review and resolve respectively. Keep clients informed as to the progress of their complaint and the steps being taken to resolve it.
- Controlled and ensured the service plan of corporate clients is strictly implemented.
- Established client service team priorities, maintained schedules and monitored performance.
- Work closely with Insurers/ Partners and other internal departments to launch health insurance products on both offline and online platforms.
- Developed detailed reports analyzing account performance data, providing valuable insights of clients' insurance program.
- Assisted in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition into the company's roster of accounts.
